Actuarial Trainees

We are seeking talented university graduates to join our Non-Life and Life Business teams. This program is designed as a 6-month fast-track career development targeting top-performing graduates who are keen on pursuing an actuarial or reinsurance career at East Africa Reinsurance. Limited slots are available.

Position Requirements:

• A graduate in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics from a reputable University.
• Demonstrated academic excellence
• A basic understanding of insurance principles will be an added advantage.
• Agile, tech-savvy and detail-oriented individuals who can learn new things quickly.
• Self-starters, principled with good ethical behavior, honest and transparent individuals
• Available to start immediately.
