Assistant Dean of Students(Main Campus)

Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating student welfare and development programsSupport the management of student discipline in accordance with university regulationsProvide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to student leaders, clubs, and associationsLiaise with academic departments, security, and external stakeholders on student-related mattersPrepare reports and provide administrative support to the Dean of Students and any other duties assignedMaster's degree in Education, Counselling Psychology, Student Affairs, or a related field from a recognized institutionProven leadership, interpersonal, and conflict management skillsMinimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in student affairs, university administration, or student support servicesMembership with the Kenya Counselling and Psychological Association (KCPA) or a related guidance and counselling body is an added advantageAt least two (2) years' experience as an Assistant Dean in an institution of higher learning
