Department: ICEA LION Trust CompanyLocation: NairobiContact type:Full Time/Part time: Full TimeReporting into:Country: KenyaTo achieve sustainable growth and profitability by developing, implementing and regularly reviewing the company’s business strategy and policies relating to Estate Planning and Administration services.The Estate Planner is responsible for providing counsel to ITSL clients seeking to determine specific distribution of their estate including drafting of wills, trusts and other related documents.In addition, the Estate Planner will be responsible for providing advice about retirement plans, life and property insurance policies as well as charitable contributions whenever required.Strategy and MarketingDevelops and implements strategies to build the company’s capacity to provide estate-planning solutions.Participating in the implementation and execution of strategic marketing plans in support of the corporate strategy.Developing Estate Planning pricing strategies in consultation with Head of ITSL, Head of Business.
