With over 5 million customers and a presence across Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa, M-KOPA is one of Africa's fastest-growing consumer finance businesses.Maintaining a qualified pipeline of at least 100 active B2B leads per month, sourced from logistics hubs, delivery platforms, corporate fleet managers, ride-hailing operators, NGOs, and SACCOs and logging all activity accurately in the CRMConducting discovery meetings to understand each client's fleet composition, cost structure, and decision-making process, and presenting M-KOPA's Bolt proposition including PAYG financing terms, total cost of ownership vs. petrol, embedded insurance, and remote asset monitoringPreparing tailored financing proposals covering fleet size, deposit terms, PAYG payment schedules, service level commitments, and onboarding timelines and navigating multi-stakeholder approval processes across procurement, finance, and operationsClosing confirmed sales and coordinating new fleet client onboarding including rider training, motorcycle handover, PAYG account setup, and first-payment confirmationHanding over closed accounts to the Customer Success team with a full briefing to ensure continuity of relationshipGathering competitive intelligence on pricing, financing terms, and product features from electric mobility players, and feeding market insights back to the Commercial and Product teamsCollaborating with Telesales, Field Marketing, and Customer...
