Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements forprojects, systems, or processes.Assisting in the prioritization of business requirements and defining project scope andobjectives.Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating businessneeds into technical requirements and vice versa.Facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear understandingof requirements.Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure that the final product meets the documentedrequirements and specifications.Provide support to end users during implementation and post-implementation phases.Job Description DocumentMonitoring the changes in baseline requirements through effective application of changecontrol processes and tools.Work with senior business analysts to manage requirements traceability information and trackrequirements status throughout the project.Contributing to the development of test plans and test scripts as well as performing testexecution to ensure the solution aligns with business needs.Assist in training of end users, creation of training materials and user guides, and oversee theprocess of guaranteeing user acceptance and competency.The PersonFor the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of studyProfessional qualification/certification in ITIL Foundation, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), TOGAF is an added advantageCertification in project management: PRINCE II (Practitioner) / AgilePM / PMI-ACP / Certified Agile Project Manager (IAPM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is an added advantage.2 years’ Progressive work experience in Information Technology.1 year’s experience in Business analysis and architecture.1 year’s experience in IT Projects.1 year's experience in Emerging Technologies (e.g. Mobile, Internet Banking, Cloud, Microservices etc) is desired.1 years' experience working in...
