CIVIL/STRUCTURAL QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled civil and structural Quality Control Engineer responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with approved designs, specifications, and industry standards. The role focuses on inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination to guarantee that civil and structural works are executed to the highest quality standards and safety. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in preventing defects, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Provide consulting services for planning and organizing work, as well as for planning and calculating the amount of materials on the construction site. The role does not replace the statutory or contractual responsibilities of consultants, contractors or supervising engineers, but acts as the company’s internal quality control function to protect the employer’s interests and ensure compliance with approved project requirements.Duties and Responsibilities 1. Quality Assurance & ControlImplement and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS) in line with company and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Review and approve method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality procedures and best practices.Ensure all works within the assigned discipline comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, applicable standards and approved method statements through inspection, testing and reporting.2.
