Grants Management Officer

Assist in identifying, researching, and tracking potential funding opportunities from donors, foundations, development partners, and other funding agencies.Support the preparation, review, and submission of concept notes, expressions of interest, grant applications, and funding proposals in collaboration with researchers and relevant departments.Assist in maintaining relationships and communication with potential and existing donors, development partners, research institutions, and other strategic partners.Maintain up-to-date databases and records of funding opportunities, donors,submitted proposals, funding decisions, donor correspondence, and partnership engagements.Assist in compiling institutional information, developing proposal budgets, and ensuring required supporting documents are complete and aligned with donor and institutional requirements.Track proposal submissions, funding deadlines, donor feedback, and other key milestones, and follow up on pending applications and requests for additional information.Assist in preparing periodic reports on resource mobilization activities, funding opportunities, proposals submitted, and funds secured, and support the coordination of donor meetings and resource mobilization activities.Provide administrative and logistical support to the resource mobilization function, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence and reports and maintaining recordsAny other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.# Description. Requirement Type 1 Bachelor's Degree in any of the following; Biomedical Sciences, Medical Science, Mandatory 2 Social Sciences or any other relevant field from a recognized institution.
