Introduction

Thank you for applying and declaring interest to join the KCB Internship program. At KCB, we strive to be the employer of choice by creating an environment where we nurture young talent by introducing them to the world of work through our internship program.

Through this program, we aim to promote a positive work culture to enable students develop and gain knowledge across different disciplines. The interns learn through formal and informal training, leadership development and thereafter concluding with a performance appraisal at the end of the internship period. Collectively, this all-inclusive & broad approach aims to accelerate development of future leaders who will impact the world in a positive way.

The KCB Internship Program runs quarterly, and recommendations are done through the universities the Bank partners with for internships.
