By joining us, you will be part of a team that is shaping the future of financial protection across Africa.About the RoleReporting to the Investment Operations Officer, the role holder will be responsible for managing trade settlement with our custodians, settlement of corporate actions across portfolios as well data input in core Fund Management system.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, prepare and transmit precise investment instructions to all custodians.Trades input and management, acting as the primary liaison between custodians and the Fund ManagerVerify that trade allocations and settlements are executed accurately and timely against custodian statements.Identify, track and resolve unmatched transactions by collaborating with custodians, dealers and Fund administrators.Review daily system entries to verify accuracy and recommend corrective actions for data anomalies.Conduct monthly reconciliations between custodian holdings and Fund Manager records.Track, process and manage all corporate actions affecting the portfolios.Set up new products and onboard clients into the fund...
