Teaching and research in English, Linguistics, Literature and related areas (four courses per semesterSupervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research projects in English, Linguistics and related disciplinesProviding results of assignments, tests and examinations for recordingConducting research in English Language, Linguistics, Literature and related areas.Participating in academic seminars, workshops, conferences and departmental activitiesPerforming any other duties that may be assigned by the University ManagemenAn earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in Counselling Psychology, Psychology, Guidance and Counselling or a relevant field from an accredited and recognized UniversityExcellent presentation, teaching and learning support skillsAt least three (3) years teaching experience at University level or experience in research or industryRegistered with the relevant professional body, where applicableA minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papersAbility to organize academic seminars, workshops and conferences
