Teaching and research in Animal Science and related areas (four courses per semesterSupervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research projects in Animal Science and related disciplinesProviding results of assignments, tests and examinations for recordingConducting practicals, fieldwork and research activities in Animal Science and related areasPerforming any other duties that may be assigned by the University ManagementParticipating in academic seminars, workshops, conferences and departmental activities.An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in Animal Science, Animal Production, Livestock Production or a relevant field from an accredited and recognized UniversityExcellent practical, fieldwork, presentation, teaching and learning support skillsAt least three (3) years teaching experience at University level or experience in research or industryRegistered with the relevant professional body, where applicablA minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papersAbility to use modern teaching methods and E-Learning tools
