Teaching and research in Educational Psychology and related areas (four courses per semesterSupervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research projects in Educational Psychology and related disciplinesProviding results of assignments, tests and examinations for recordingSetting and marking assignments, tests and examinationsParticipating in academic seminars, workshops, conferences and departmental activitiesConducting research in Educational Psychology, learning, human development and related areasAn earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in Educational Psychology, Psychology, Education or a relevant field from an accredited and recognized UniversityAbility to use modern teaching methods and E-Learning toolsat least three (3) years teaching experience at University level or experience in research or industryRegistered with the relevant professional body, where applicableA minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papersAbility to organize academic seminars, workshops and conferences
