Marketing Specialist

• Develop and implement marketing activation programmes to support the delivery of volume, turnover, gross margin and market share targets for cross channels/ customers in East Africa.

Responsibilities

• Closely with the Cluster Manager (East Africa) and Marketing Leadership & marketing teams of the local market partners to plan & deliver marketing activation plans with full stakeholder alignment. to drive in year performance & strategic goals. (For the East Africa region)
• and manage ASP budget to deliver marketing plans.
• & collect market insights of key competitor activity within applicable competition law.
• and execute an annual marketing plan to deliver volume, turnover and gross margin targets. (For each partner country and country distributors)
• as appropriate with the Africa, META marketing teams to ensure appropriate product portfolio, for the East African markets.
• all marketing and activation activity, with post evaluations covering results, ROI and learnings.
• Manages product portfolio in line with East Africa according to strategical ambitions, makes sure the portfolio meets local needs within global guardrails; identify gaps, launch new products, identify simplification opportunities and improvement areas.

Qualifications

• University degree, Experience in Marketing. Experience in Sales will be huge plus.
