Mechanical Technicians

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble tractors and related machinery according to technical specifications.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic installations during assembly.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues during and after assembly.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all units meet company and industry standards.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet daily assembly targets.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in automotive/plant or machinery assembly (tractor or heavy equipment experience is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and assembly diagrams.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
