Office Assistant - Cleaning & Front Desk Support

Our work is aligned to SDG 6 and we partner with the government to develop and deliver safe sanitation and waste management for urban residents. Fresh Life has been operational since 2011, and currently serves 300,000 urban residents daily across 4 cities. We safely remove approx. 20,000T of sanitation waste per year, and mitigate 30,000 tons of CO2 equivalent from being released into the atmosphere.We have built a diverse team of 400+ professionals committed to making sanitation accessible for all. Our work has been recognized globally by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Fast Company as one of the world’s most innovative organizations doing social good.To maintain a clean, hygienic, safe and welcoming office environment while providing basic Front Desk support to ensure a professional and seamless experience for employees and visitors.Carry out daily cleaning and general upkeep of the office.Sweep and mop floors across the office.Dust and wipe accessible surfaces, furniture and workstations.Clean and maintain the reception, corridors and common areas.Empty and appropriately dispose of waste from office bins.Clean windows and other surfaces as required.Sanitise high-touch surfaces regularly.Respond promptly to spillages and ad hoc cleaning requirements.Ensure the office remains clean, organised and presentable throughout the day.Clean and disinfect all 6 washrooms regularly throughout the day.Clean toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors and floors.Replenish tissue, hand soap, air fresheners and other sanitary supplies.Monitor washroom cleanliness and attend to additional cleaning requirements as necessary.Report any plumbing, maintenance or hygiene concerns promptly.Clean and prepare meeting rooms before use.Mop floors and dust/wipe tables, chairs...
